Caravan and Motorhome Storage at Lowdhams: Everything You Need to Know

At Lowdhams, we know how important it is to keep your caravan, motorhome, or campervan safe and secure when you’re not on the road. That’s why we’ve invested in a purpose-built storage facility designed with your peace of mind in mind. With nearly 300 pitches and a host of additional features, our storage site is one of the largest and most secure in the region, offering you convenience, security, and confidence year-round. 

Our storage compound is fully approved by the Caravan Storage Site Owner’s Association (CaSSOA) and built to their highest Gold standard. That means: 

• Full perimeter fencing with hard standing pitches. 

• Controlled swipe card access, ensuring only authorised users can enter. 

• 24/7 CCTV and ANPR monitoring of all vehicles entering and exiting the site. 

• Overnight security guard presence to give you added assurance. 

• Tarmac service road access, available primarily during daylight hours.

With almost 300 dedicated bays, we offer storage for: 

• Single caravans 

• Twin-axle caravans 

• Standard motorhomes 

• Larger 8ft-wide caravans and motorhomes 

Each customer is allocated their own personal bay, and larger motorhomes or twin units have specially designated spaces. 

• Caravan (Single): £705.00 

• Motorhome / 8ft Wide Caravan: £824.00 

• Caravan / Motorhome (Twin): £922.00 

• Swipe card: One-off £10.00 fee 

Customers can come and go as they please, within seasonal opening hours. 

Our storage compound is open 362 days a year (closed only on 25 & 26 December, and 1 January).

• Summer hours: 8am – 9pm 

• Winter hours: 8am – 5pm 

If you arrive outside of these times, you’ll find a number at the gate for security assistance. 

Storing your vehicle with Lowdhams gives you access to a range of useful extras: 

• Dedicated wash bay: A secure facility where you can wash your vehicle (no booking required). 

• Overnight stay area (Rally Field): With 10 electric hook-ups, fresh water, and an Elsan disposal point. Perfect for a short stay before or after your trip. 

• Wild camping option: Available on the rally field without electric hook-up. 

• Servicing convenience: My Lowdhams customers can have their caravan or motorhome collected directly from the compound and returned after servicing or warranty work at our approved service centre. 

Please note: third-party servicing or maintenance is not permitted within the compound or rally field.
