Lowdhams are committed to offering career opportunities and now operate an apprenticeship programme as part of our recruitment strategy. The training apprentices undertake is grounded in the day to day running of the business, giving the apprentice an opportunity to gain the technical abilities and transferable skills needed for a great start in their future career.
