New Caravan Warranties
When you buy a new caravan from us, it will be backed by the full manufacturers' warranty.
Full warranty details will be supplied with the caravan at point of sale, or you can request details from our Sales teams about any caravan you are interested in, prior to purchasing.
As appointed dealers or importers for the manufacturers we represent, we aim to despatch every new caravan fault-free, by complying with manufacturers' pre-delivery inspection schedules. We also follow Warranty repair procedures, as laid down by the manufacturers. In the interests of continual improvement, manufacturers will sometimes require us to submit details of claims for approval prior to work being carried out. In some cases technical assistance may be sought from the manufacturer, equipment or component suppliers to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
You have legal rights under UK law governing the sale of consumer goods. These warranties do not affect your legal rights.
