Cover

No need to go through long lists of components and work out what’s missing. Our policy covers all electrical and mechanical components of the insured tourer fitted as part of the original specification, including water ingress and delamination*.

Claims Limit

Some warranties sound great until you check the cover and find low claim limits, sometimes as low as £250 – hardly enough for a caravan repair. Our Ultimate Warranty offers unlimited claims up to the value of your caravan, for 2 years*.

Claims Excess

Charged per claim and often buried in the small print, perhaps £25 or £50 per claim. Ours is ZERO, however many claims you make.

Getting it Fixed

Hundreds of miles away? If you have the words ‘return to supplying dealer’ on your warranty, that won’t help. Our warranty repairs can be authorised to any VAT registered repair centre following the claims procedure, meaning they can get paid direct and you aren’t out of pocket.

Our warranty cover is valid for up to 90 consecutive days in Europe and claims can be handled by a local repair centre following the claims procedure.

*Terms

2 Year Ultimate Gold Standard Warranty available for qualifying caravans up to 7 years old. Subject to the Insurers' Service Standards, meaning you must ensure your caravan is serviced in accordance with the manufacturers’ service schedule (not necessarily at a main dealer) to maintain cover, and have receipted evidence of correct servicing in the event of a claim.

All Ultimate Caravans supplied with 12 months cover at despatch, with a further 12 months cover offered free with proof of service at 12 months.
