Both of our locations have dedicated Service teams and Approved Workshops to support the new and used caravans and motorhomes purchased by our customers.
Our workshops employ qualified mechanical technicians, gas fitters, electricians and bodywork specialists, giving us the ability to carry out almost any job to the highest standards. And you don’t just have to take our word for it – we have been independently voted CRiS Dealer of the year four years running by Practical Caravan readers and won Dethleffs Owner’s Club Aftersales Dealer of the Year 2008.
Our investment in tooling and training is second to none – Nottingham alone employs over 30 service staff with a variety of industry accreditations including Corgi Registered/ACoPs and IEE 17th Edition Wiring Regulations. Staff also receive ongoing Manufacturer’s training and updates.
Our workshop facilities have been inspected and approved by the Caravan Club, the Camping and Caravanning Club and the National Caravan Council.
