New road layout open near Gunthorpe - help with directions

Updated 09.05.2012: The long awaited dualling of the A46 is now complete and the road layout around our Gunthorpe (Nottingham) site has changed. We are easy to get to, with shortened journey times especially from Newark and Leicester, although satnavs may get confused until the new road is included in satellite navigation updates. Read on for a summary of directions:
Southbound A46:
On the dual carriageway, exit at Margidunum Junction, signposted Mansfield A6097. At the small roundabout proceed straight on. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit for Mansfield A6097. The road will take you over the A46 to another small roundabout. Take the 2nd exit signposted A6097 Lowdham. Go straight over the traffic lights at the top of the hill. We are on the left just after the bridge over the river Trent. Time from leaving A46 approximately 5 minutes.
Westbound A52:
Join the new dualled A46 northbound (Newark) at Saxondale, then take the A6097 Mansfield turnoff in approximately 1 mile. On reaching the small roundabout continue on to the A6097, signposted Mansfield, Lowdham. You will reach us after about 1.5 miles just after the bridge over the river Trent.
Eastbound A52:
Join the new dualled A46 northbound (Newark) at Saxondale, then take the A6097 Mansfield turnoff in approximately 1 mile. On reaching the small roundabout continue on to the A6097, signposted Mansfield, Lowdham. You will reach us after about 1.5 miles just after the bridge over the river Trent.
A6097 southbound from Lowdham village roundabout:
No change - continue approx 2 miles to our central refuge 150 metres before Gunthorpe Bridge, with the entrance on your right, set back from the road.
